Standard DefinitionWithout doubt Standard Definition TV has been our main stay in aerial filming for many years. From news programs to natural History, PDG has the experience, equipment and enthusiasm to deliver the highest standards in aerial filming. For Standard Definition we use our Flir Ultra-Media II broadcast camera system with a choice of the latest tapeless 10bit format Panasonic's 'P2' or tape based DVCAM recorder. The system offers superb levels of stability using the 36x lens, its the ideal system for general productions, sports coverage and TV news. PDG Helicopters are approved suppliers to BBC, ITV, STV and Sky.
